We also offer the option to upgrade your legal expenses cover for certain tenant types to include rent recovery. For just £49.99 for each tenancy agreement (including the cover above) this extension includes:

  • Tenancy eviction
    Proceedings against a tenant or gurantor to recover possession of your property
  • Pursuit of rent arrears
    Once possession of your property has been obtained to recover rent arrears from the tenant or guarantor

Tenant dilapidations, tenancy eviction and pursuit of rent arrears cover requires a satisfactory tenant reference to be performed a maximum of 31 days before the tenancy agreement starts. Other terms and conditions apply, for full details of cover please read the policy wording.
