The Renovation Policy* is specifically arranged for all kinds of residential property that is undergoing renovation when you have signed a Joint Contract Terms (JCT) contract where the contractor becomes jointly insured giving you full protection for the work in progress.

Once the work is complete your policy will continue up to renewal as a normal Home Policy. We can still even cover your contents whilst your property is being worked on*.

Buildings cover is extended to cover work in progress and materials on site (excluding contractors tools and plant) used in connection with building works being carried out at your Private Dwelling during the period of insurance.
